וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה אֶל־קֹרַח |
And Moshe said to Korach |

|
| 2 |
שִׁמְעוּ־נָא |
Listen now |
|
|
|
|
| 3 |
בְּנֵי לֵוִי |
Sons of Levi |
|
|
|
|
| 4 |
הַמְעַט מִכֶּם |
Is it too little for you |
|
|
|
|
| 5 |
כִּי־הִבְדִּיל אֱלֹקֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶתְכֶם |
That the G-D of Bnei Yisrael separated you |
|
|
|
|
| 6 |
מֵעֲדַת יִשְׂרָאֵל |
From the congregation of Yisrael |
|
|
|
|
| 7 |
לְהַקְרִיב אֶתְכֶם אֵלָיו |
To be bring you close to Him |
|
|
|
|
| 8 |
לַעֲבֹד |
To serve |
|
|
|
|
| 9 |
אֶת־עֲבֹדַת מִשְׁכַּן ה' |
The serving of the Mishkan of Hashem |
|
|
|
|
| 10 |
וְלַעֲמֹד |
And to stand |
|
|
|
|
| 11 |
לִפְנֵי הָעֵדָה |
Befpre the congregation |
|
|
|
|
| 12 |
לְשָׁרְתָם |
To serve them |
|
|
|
|
| 13 |
וַיַּקְרֵב אֽתְךָ |
And he brought you close |
|
|
|
|
| 14 |
וְאֶת־כָּל־אַחֶיךָ |
And all your brothers |
|
|
|
|
| 15 |
בְנֵי־לֵוִי |
The sons of Levi |
|
|
|
|
| 16 |
אִתָּךְ |
With you |
|
|
|
|
| 17 |
וּבִקַּשְׁתֶּם |
And your requested |
|
|
|
|
| 18 |
גַּם־כְּהֻנָּה |
Also to be Kohanim |
|
|
|
|
| 19 |
לָכֵן |
Therefore |
|
|
|
|
| 20 |
אַתָּה |
You |
|
|
|
|
| 21 |
וְכָל־עֲדָתְךָ |
And all your congregation |
|
|
|
|
| 22 |
הַנּֽעָדִים עַל־ה’ |
Who are joining on (against) Hashem |
|
|
|
|
| 23 |
וְאַהֲרֹן |
And Aharon |
|
|
|
|
| 24 |
מַה־הוּא |
What is he |
|
|
|
|
| 25 |
כִּי תַלִּינוּ עָלָיו |
That you are complaining against him? |
|
|
|
|
| 26 |
הִתְחִיל לְדַבֵּר עִמּוֹ דְּבָרִים רַכִּים |
He began to speak with him softly |
|
|
|
|
| 27 |
כֵּיוָן שֶׁרָאָהוּ קְשֵׁה עֹרֶף |
Once he saw he was stubborn |
|
|
|
|
| 28 |
אָמַר |
He said |
|
|
|
|
| 29 |
עַד שֶׁלֹּא יִשְׁתַּתְּפוּ שְׁאָר הַשֵּׁבֶט |
Before the rest of the shevet joins |
|
|
|
|
| 30 |
וְיֹאבְדוּ עִמּוֹ |
And they are lost with him |
|
|
|
|
| 31 |
אֲדַבֵּר גַּם אֶל כֻּלָּם |
I will speak also to all of them |
|
|
|
|
| 32 |
הִתְחִיל לְזָרֵז בָּהֶם |
He began to encourage them |

|
|
