4 זְרוֹעַ Zeroa/Shankbone The shankbone represents the lamb the Israelites sacrificed before the Exodus    
5 בֵּיצָה Beitzah/Egg Symbolizes the korban chagigah (festival sacrifice) that was offered in the Temple in Jerusalem and was then eaten as part of the meal on Seder night.    
6 חַזֶרֶת Chazeret/Lettuce Often Romaine or other bitter lettuce, this also represents the bitterness of slavery
