One is long and one is short

In the morning we say 2 brachot before

בָּעֶרֶב כָּל אָדָם יַטּוּ וְיִקְרְאוּ

הֲרֵי אֲנִי כְּבֶן שִׁבְעִים שָׁנָה

In the evening a person should recline and read

בַּשַּׁחַר מְבָרֵךְ שְׁתַּיִם לְפָנֶיהָ

כֹּל (יְמֵי חַיֶּיךָ), לְהָבִיא לִימוֹת הַמָּשִׁיחַ:

All the days even in the time of Mashiach

And in the evening we say 2 brachot and 2 after

מַזְכִּירִין יְצִיאַת מִצְרַיִם

וּבַבֹּקֶר יַעֲמְדוּ

You can read the Sh’ma in any position

I am like a man of 70 years

וְסִכַּנְתִּי בְעַצְמִי מִפְּנֵי הַלִּסְטִים

אַחַת אֲרֻכָּה וְאַחַת קְצָרָה

I placed myself in danger because of robbers

כָּל אָדָם קוֹרֵא כְּדַרְכּוֹ

we remember the leaving of Mitzrayim

And stand in the morning

וּבָעֶרֶב שְׁתַּיִם לְפָנֶיהָ וּשְׁתַּיִם לְאַחֲרֶיהָ
