מִנַּיִין לַנִּרְצָע |
From where do we know that a Nirtza |

|
| 3 |
שֶׁכָּלוּ לוֹ יָמָיו |
who's days are completed |
|
|
|
|
| 4 |
וּרבו מְסַרְהֵב בּוֹ לָצֵאת |
and his master is pressuring him to leave |
|
|
|
|
| 5 |
וְחָבַל וְעָשָׂה בּוֹ חַבּוּרָה |
and he made a wound on him |
|
|
|
|
| 6 |
שֶׁהוּא פָּטוּר |
that he is exempt |
|
|
|
|

לֹא תִקְחוּ כּוֹפֵר לָשׁוּב |
"Do not take payment for a returner" |

בְּעֶבֶד שֶׁמָּסַר לוֹ רַבּוֹ |

שִׁפְחָה כְּנַעֲנִית |
a non Jewish slave woman (to marry) |

|
|
| 20 |
עַד הָאִידְנָא |
until this point |
|
|
|
|

הֶיתֵּירָא |
it was permitted (to marry her) |
|
|
|
|
| 22 |
וְהַשְׁתָּא |

|

אִיסוּרָא |
